Right of revocation
The prices are gross sales prices in euro VAT inclusive, shipping costs are excluded.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days (with the original invoice only), if required a refund of the sales price (please provide account details) or a credit note to your user account can be issued. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Customer specific (custom-made) as well as special orders (not in our standard assortment) cannot be returned or recalled.
Only goods returned in the original state and packaging, posted at the customers expense, will be accepted.
