Shipping & Returns
Terms of sales and delivery conditions
The prices are gross sales prices in euro VAT inclusive, shipping costs are excluded.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days (with the original invoice only), if required a refund of the sales price (please provide account details) or a credit note to your user account can be issued. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Customer specific (custom-made) as well as special orders (not in our standard assortment) cannot be returned or recalled
Only goods returned in the original state and packaging, posted at the customers expense, will be accepted.
Type of payment: Payment of goods can be made via prepayment or using credit card (Visa, American Express, Diners and/or MasterCard), PayPal, Sofortüberweisung or bank transfer. With credit card payments, the transfer will take place immediately after shipment of the goods. Payment via credit card will be processed via "Viveum´s" secure transactions. For more information about "Viveum" and their general terms and conditions, see www.viveum.at. Naturally, we also support authenticate methods of payment "Verified by Visa" as well as "MasterCard Secure Code". Until full payment of the sales price is made, the supplied goods remain exclusively and unconditionally the property of SEDES GmbH.
All photos are symbol photos. Subject to mistakes, changes, misprints as well as punctual and correct delivery by our suppliers.
All prices are current prices or are valid for the stated period in each case.
Special offers, sales and promotional prices are valid explicitly for the advertised period of time; the order must take place within this time period. Offers, sales and residual items etc. are valid while stocks last. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with offers.
Guarantee is according to legal regulations. Delivery: standard delivery is a package sent with DPD. Express delivery occurs using the express services of DPD.
Period of delivery: provided the required article is in stock, delivery within Austria will take 3 - 5 working days. If the required article is not in stock, the delivery time is dependant on the manufacturer. Should the period of delivery exceed the legal delivery time of 30 days, the customer will be informed via telephone or email.

Our general terms and conditions apply. The general terms and conditions are valid as of 1.1.2010. Place of execution for all business is the company premises. All correspondence (contract, orders and business) will be conducted in German. Area of jurisdictions: Feldkirch.
Privacy policy: Credit card data will be used solely for one sales process and will not be saved in our system. Customer data will not be relayed to third parties except if they are required for the execution of the contract (e.g. direct delivery to save time etc.). Partner companies will likewise adhere to the privacy policy. The contract data will be stored for invoice processing and is available for the customer, on request.

Orders can only be charged / processed using CREDIT CARD (Visa, American Express, Diners and/or MasterCard) or by prepayment!
